Hot Dog Provencale
8 Hot Dog
8 Slices Bacon
1 cup Minced Onion
1 Clove Minced Garlic
One 8 oz Can Tomato
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Dash Pepper
* Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp. Drain most of bacon
fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, reduce heat
and simmer about 10 minutes. Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15
min.
Yield: 5 Servings
